Great to meet you!

I understand that life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you are grappling with persistent anxiety that keeps you up at night, the heavy cloud of depression that dims your day, or constant distractions making it hard to focus. You’re not alone in this struggle. I’m here to listen, support, and help you find ways to manage your anxiety, depression, and/or ADHD and improve your well-being. If daily tasks feel overwhelming or relationships are challenging, reaching out is a brave first step. Together, we can work on regaining your balance.

As a dual certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over six years of dedicated experience with adolescents and adults, my professional journey has been deeply rooted in providing compassionate mental/behavioral health care and integrating evidence-based therapies and medication management when appropriate.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with clients dealing with conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, & other psychiatric concerns, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

The impact I aim to have extends beyond symptom management; I endeavor to improve the overall quality of life for my clients. Through comprehensive assessments, personalized treatment strategies, and ongoing support, I help individuals build resilience, develop coping mechanisms, and achieve mental wellness. My goal is to inspire hope, promote recovery, and support each person in achieving their fullest potential.

What you can expect from me

After each session, you will gain a deeper understanding of your symptoms, diagnosis, and how they relate to your overall well-being. We will work together to develop and refine your treatment plan, ensuring it aligns with your unique needs and goals.

Through our sessions, you can expect gradual and steady improvement in your symptoms as we build on each step of your progress. My goal is to support you in achieving meaningful and lasting changes that enhance your quality of life.
