About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Texas and Colorado. I earned my Master of Social Work degree, from the University of Texas at Arlington. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, racial trauma, especially those that come from a biracial or multicultural background. I utilize a holistic, and integrative approach when working with clients by using multiple modalities including cognitive behavioral, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. My approach is to help you find your happiness and regain control of your life.

I believe that the most important part of the therapeutic process is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to help you down your journey and help you reconnect to your mind, body, and soul. This process is about you and if you're ready I would be happy to help you on your journey.
