Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself lately? You don't have to keep navigating it alone.

Hi, I'm Chioma — a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over seven years of experience in healthcare. I work with teens, adolescents, and adults who are going through life transitions, struggling with their mental health, or living with a psychiatric condition. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, OCD, PMDD, postpartum depression, sleep issues, substance use, or something else entirely — you've come to the right place. I bring a culturally sensitive, genuinely personalized approach to every single person I work with, because no two people's stories are the same.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all care. Instead, I take an integrative, whole-person approach that looks beyond your symptoms to understand what's really going on beneath the surface. Depending on what you need, your care plan might include medication management, therapy, education, mindfulness, nutrition support, health supplements, or lifestyle changes — often a mix of several. Everything is built around you and what makes sense for your life. My goal isn't just to help you feel better right now; it's to set you up for lasting change and real, long-term well-being.

What you can expect from me

Maybe you've never talked to a mental health provider before and aren't sure what to expect. Maybe you've tried before and it didn't quite feel right. Either way, I want you to know that this is a judgment-free, pressure-free space — and it's completely okay to just start where you are. I especially love working with people who are brand new to mental healthcare, because taking that first step takes courage, and I don't take that lightly. Our early sessions are really just about getting to know you — your story, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping for. From there, we figure out the rest together.
