Although my approach is unique to each person and together we will determine what works best; I tend to lead with warmth and support. While each approach is tailored to the individual, I utilize a blend of therapeutic techniques that include inner child work, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and supportive therapy. Together, we explore how past experiences shape the present and develop strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
Starting therapy can be scary and I want to create a warm, non-judgmental environment. I believe in the power of open, honest communication and collaboration. During our first session, we will focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship founded on trust, respect, and understanding. I will listen attentively to your story, concerns, and goals, ensuring that you feel heard and validated. Together, we will begin to identify the key areas you wish to address and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.
