I enjoy working with individuals who struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. As a recovering people-pleaser myself, I understand the challenge of being your authentic self while trying to meet other people's expectations. In therapy, I combine evidence-based approaches with my own healing journey to help you feel less alone, build self-trust, and live with more confidence.
Drawing from parts work, inner child work, and somatic-based modalities, I support clients reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit, creating space for genuine healing and self-acceptance.
Overthinkers and people-pleasers often struggle to be fully present. In our first session, I focus on creating a calm, structured, and warm space so your nervous system can relax. Together, we’ll practice slowing things down, understand your overthinking/people-pleasing cycle, and provide what you need to be grounded. You’ll leave with more clarity and some concrete tools to practice between sessions.
