Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized care. My approach combines thorough psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and patient education. I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. I strive to create a safe, respectful, judgment-free environment where we work together toward your mental health goals.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based psychiatric care. I take time to understand each client’s unique concerns, goals, and circumstances. My approach combines thorough psychiatric assessment, medication management, education, and collaborative treatment planning. I believe in open communication, respect, and creating a safe, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard and supported.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where we take time to understand your concerns, goals, and overall mental health. We’ll review your symptoms, history, current medications, and treatment needs, and work together to develop a personalized plan. Depending on your needs, this may include medication management, therapeutic strategies, lifestyle recommendations, and appropriate referrals. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported as you take meaningful steps toward improved mental health and well-being.
