Great to meet you!

When anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or painful experiences affect your ability to enjoy life, it can be difficult to know where to turn. With over 13 years of experience, I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many clients come to therapy feeling weighed down, disconnected from themselves or others, or unsure how to move forward. Whether you’re healing from trauma, coping with loss, navigating relationship challenges, or seeking greater purpose, therapy can offer a supportive space for growth. My goal is to help you rediscover your strengths, deepen your self-understanding, and create a more meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins with meeting clients where they are and creating a welcoming space where they can envision a hopeful future. My approach is affirming, empowering, and tailored to each client’s values and experiences. Drawing on more than 30 years in education, I incorporate music and art to make therapy engaging and meaningful.

I use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), as well as CBT, EFT, MBCT, ACT, Humanistic Therapy, Parent Management Training, and Solution-Focused Couples Therapy. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

You can expect an encouraging environment where you feel accepted, understood, and supported throughout therapy. I strive to create a space where you can safely explore challenges, recognize your strengths, and reconnect with what makes you uniquely you.
