Great to meet you!

When anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or painful experiences begin affecting your ability to enjoy life, it can feel difficult to know where to turn. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling weighed down by difficult experiences, disconnected from themselves or others, or uncertain about how to move forward. Whether you're healing from trauma, coping with loss, navigating challenges in your relationships, or searching for a greater sense of purpose, therapy can provide a supportive space for growth and healing. My goal is to help you rediscover your strengths, deepen your self understanding, and create a life that feels more meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins with meeting people exactly where they are and creating a space built on compassion, acceptance, and hope. My approach is affirming, empowering, and tailored to the unique experiences and strengths each client brings to therapy. I utilize Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic Therapy, Parent Management Training (PMT), and Solution Focused Couples Therapy to support meaningful change. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, PTSD, relationship concerns, women's issues, stress management, and emotional healing. Therapy is designed to help you build on your strengths, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, compassionate, and encouraging environment where you feel accepted, understood, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you can safely explore challenges, recognize your strengths, and reconnect with the qualities that make you uniquely you. As we work together, you can develop greater self awareness, stronger relationships, improved emotional resilience, and a renewed sense of confidence and purpose. Whether you're navigating grief, healing from trauma, managing anxiety, or working through relationship challenges, my goal is to help you feel more whole, empowered, and hopeful about the future.
