Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with specializations in substance abuse as well as grief and loss. I have over 15 years experience in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. I enjoy working with individuals navigating life transitions, looking to release old patterns, working through relationship issues and boundary setting, or struggling with anxiety, depression, or grief.

My approach to therapy

I use therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral, humanistic, strengths-based, mindfulness-based, solution focused, existential, and trauma-informed. My approach is to focus on building the therapeutic alliance and mixing in various techniques as needed depending on the individual person and needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expected to be listened to attentively and compassionately. I have been told my whole life that I have a calming presence, and I look forward to hearing about what brings you to therapy and listening non-judgmentally.
