Great to meet you!

Hi and welcome to the first steps in starting counseling. To me, counseling isn't this formal approach that can fit into a stuffy little box. To me, you're the expert of yourself and with counseling I am here to help guide you to where you want to be.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe the therapeutic relationship is a key part of counseling. Our relationship has to be a place that is safe and trusting. I have an extensive background in trauma work which makes me comfortable working with people with all kinds of experiences.

I don't isolate myself into one therapeutic approach. I wait until we meet and start working to hone in on the appropriate approach.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a welcoming and empowering environment with me. This will be a place where you will never be judged but encouraged to be your most authentic self.
