Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Chloe, and I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, challenging life transitions, and stress management using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing to help my clients heal and thrive after turning to therapy for support.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Connecting with clients takes authenticity and genuineness. I take a warm, empathetic approach to build rapport with clients so you know that there is no shame or judgment in whatever is discussed in the therapy session.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer to set goals together to ensure that goals in therapy are achievable and manageable. I find that setting goals together can help keep us on the same page regarding your needs.
