I am a neuropsychologist with expertise in treating adults and children with neurological disorders, including post-concussive syndrome, traumatic brain injuries, ADHD, learning disabilities, long COVID, and many other health conditions. I am experienced in CBT, mindfulness, acceptance based commitment therapy (ACT), biofeedback, and cognitive rehabilitation approaches to therapy. I also treat depression and anxiety disorders.

I help clients align their daily life with their values and learn to cope with challenges and set-backs in an effective way. Diagnosis through testing using clinical interviewing and symptom rating scales is usually the best starting point to guide treatment goals.

Clients can expect to leave with a daily routine that incorporates activities aligned with their values. They will also leave feeling confident in themselves that they can manage set-backs and challenges effectively.
