Great to meet you!

Reaching out for help can be a scary first step, and you are so brave for doing so. Trained as a generalist, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are, and help you navigate whatever life has thrown your way. I believe strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship, and will collaborate with you to meet your goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have experience in crisis management, managing chronic conditions, transition to adulthood, anxiety and depression. I specialize in life transitions, self exploration, and identity concerns. I have a special interest in working with queer and questioning adolescents, emerging adults and adults, as they navigate their journey to self discovery.

What you can expect from our first session

Making the first step to find a therapist is not an easy feat, and I applaud you for getting this far. I welcome you to reach out and we can navigate this process together, at your pace with my support. I look forward to hearing from you.
