Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel like no matter how much you do, it’s never enough? Maybe you find yourself second-guessing, staying on edge, or worrying you’ve said or done the wrong thing. Perhaps it’s hard to slow down, trust yourself, or manage the ups and downs of daily life. You’re not alone.

I support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, chronic illness, major life transitions, trauma, and more. Drawing from approaches like EMDR, polyvagal theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and nervous system regulation, I help clients build resilience, increase self-trust, and feel more grounded and connected in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I work with people who’ve learned to survive by staying “on,” taking care of everyone else, and pushing themselves beyond their limits. Together, we’ll untangle the patterns that keep you stuck in self-doubt, hyper-responsibility, and emotional exhaustion. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and focused on helping you feel safer in your own skin, rebuild trust in yourself, and create relationships where you can be truly seen and heard.

What you can expect from me

We'll uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, whether it’s perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-doubt and work toward building healthier boundaries, greater self-compassion, and a deeper sense of self-worth. My goal is to help clients not only process the impact of past experiences but also develop practical tools to navigate the present with more clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience.
