Great to meet you!

My name is Chloe and I have been a therapist for 7 years. My background is in art therapy which allows me to use creative approaches along side traditional counseling. I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, teens, and young adults and believe meaningful progress comes from a strong therapeutic relationship. I understand the challenges families face when children struggle emotionally or behaviorally and aim to help young people feel seen, supported, and connected as they navigate daily challenges and life transitions. I also love to works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe, supportive space that fosters growth helping clients draw on their own strengths. My therapeutic approach is rooted in attachment theory and person centered care. Using techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, and art therapy, I help clients express and manage difficult emotion and regulate. Through genuine connection and creative modalities, I encourages clients to move toward their most authentic selves to help feel valued, understood, and accepted.

What you can expect from me

From the first time we meet, I will start by getting to know your needs and what brought you to therapy. We will discuss goals and what you want out of therapy whether that's a place for self care each week to process day to day struggles or a deeper dive into past patterns and symptoms to build ways to cope and thrive.
