Great to meet you!

I hold an extensive background with individuals that include struggles with addiction, trauma-related disorders, suicidal ideation, and women's issues, using a variety of approaches with EMDR being at the forefront. Additionally, I am EMDR certified and have experience in the area of trauma-related dissociation.

My approach to therapy

My focus is to build a relationship and accompany you on the stretch to a more connected and fulfilling path. We might discuss topics like trauma, depression, dissociation, or self-esteem, using an approach that is individual to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on understanding what's really keeping you stuck—not just the challenges you're facing, but the underlying patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that continue to shape them.

Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way of the change you're looking for and begin creating a path forward. My approach is active, focused, and insight-driven, with an emphasis on helping you experience meaningful progress from the start.

Many clients leave the first session with greater clarity, a deeper understanding of themselves, and practical tools they can begin using immediately.
