Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m Chloe Lucas, LMFT, and I’m here to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, challenges, and experiences. Whether you’re navigating trauma, managing anxiety, or seeking connection, I’m here to help you uncover new pathways to healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

Specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, and identity development, I use a blend of EMDR, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to meet each client’s unique needs. I also incorporate guided-mediation and alternative states of consciousness in my practice, all grounded in a compassionate, collaborative approach that respects every part of who you are.

What you can expect from me

Imagine a life where you feel grounded, connected, and more attuned to yourself and others. Together, we’ll work to make that vision a reality. Take the first step toward a fulfilling future—book your first session today, and let’s begin this journey together.
