Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I believe that mental health plays a vital role in our overall quality of life. I understand that reaching out for support can be one of the most challenging steps to take, and I want to commend you for taking that step toward prioritizing your well-being.

For the past six years, I have dedicated my career to supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate some of life’s most difficult moments and challenges related to their mental health. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful change. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am committed to meeting you where you are while helping you develop the tools and insight needed to move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
