Hello! My name is Chloe and I’m happy you found me. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and most of my experience have been with children, teens, and adults working through anxiety, depression, and trauma which often all intertwines.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and use approaches from these in each session. As the expert on your life, you get to choose which approach would work best for you after we discuss these more in depth. Overall my approach is allowing sessions to be client-led giving you power over your treatment.
I want to work to create an environment you want to return to and hope you leave sessions feeling lighter, with goals to work on until our next session. I often use humor and aim to maintain a warm and safe space.
