Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist in California with a doctorate in clinical psychology from The New School in New York. My training spans outpatient clinics, inpatient units, psychiatric emergency rooms, and day programs, working with adults, adolescents, and children across a wide range of presentations.

I have specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including support for people navigating depression, anxiety, and psychological distress related to pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility treatments including IVF. I am also trained in OCD treatment using Exposure and Response Prevention. I see clients via telehealth throughout California.

My approach to therapy

My primary approach is psychodynamic. I pay attention to how early experiences, unconscious patterns, and relational dynamics shape what clients bring into the room. I also draw on CBT, DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, depending on what will actually be most useful. I work collaboratively and aim to make the process feel honest and direct.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation. I want to understand what is bringing you in and what you are hoping for, and I want you to get a real sense of how I work and whether this feels like a good fit. I offer a free 15-minute consultation before the first session if you want to connect first. Reach out when you are ready.
