Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Chloé, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, and nervous system regulation through a holistic lens. My goal is to help you realign with your true self, gain clarity on your values and goals, and understand what might be holding you back from the life you envision. Together, we can work towards empowering you to make meaningful changes in your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a person-centered and strengths-based approach, meeting you where you are to create improvements in your life. I believe in the importance of diet, exercise, and lifestyle behaviors as part of the therapeutic process, highlighting the importance of the mind-body connection. Additionally, by understanding the unique nature of your mindset and how you see the world, we can work together to address trauma and other challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, I utilize a variety of modalities including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, EFT/tapping, expressive therapies, somatic (body-based) work, Jungian archetype work, guided imagery, and more. Each of these techniques can help you explore different aspects of yourself and your experiences, leading to deeper understanding and healing.
