Great to meet you!

Chloe is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with ten years of experiences working with people from different walks of life. She specializes in combining her Eastern culture with Western trainings in dealing with mood disorders, perinatal concerns, life transitions, trauma and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I adopt a person-centered approach, which means we will work on developing a plan together after listening to your story based on who you are and how you want to use our time together. I am trained in a host of modalities, such as CBT, IFS, SFBT, Mindfulness, but those words don't make sense to you if you don't connect with the person using them. I utilize these techniques as tools as our therapy journey evolves in different stages and I lean towards a semi-structured form so you as the client have some freedom to explore but not completely drift away from your own goals.

What you can expect from me

First and foremost, this is a safe space where you can explore the things you don't like about yourself. We inquire the part with curiosity, and hopefully by the end of each session, you can gain some clarity, or maybe some new perspective or more compassion for yourself.
