Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting Asians, LGBTQ+ adults, immigrants, BIPOC, bisexual+ individuals, and people in polyamorous or ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships. Many clients seek support for trauma, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, intimacy, self-esteem, minority stress, discrimination, and family or cultural expectations.

As a queer Asian immigrant, I understand how experiences of invisibility, cultural conflict, shame, rejection, and trauma can shape our lives. I offer affirming, collaborative, and culturally responsive therapy where all parts of you can be seen and embraced.

My approach to therapy

Our work will be individualized and tailored to your needs. My goal is to create an affirming space where you do not have to explain or justify who you are, and where you can feel both supported and challenged in meaningful ways.

What you can expect from me

We will get to know each other and start unpacking the complexity of your life experience. You are welcome to share your joy and sorrow as well as goals and expectations for our treatment. I will strive to be there for you, but you decide how fast and how far we go.
