Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, cultural identity concerns, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck between different expectations in your life, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain about their next steps, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own. Others are navigating family conflict, life transitions, loss, or challenges related to identity and belonging.

I provide a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. My goal is to help you better understand what's contributing to your challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support confidence, resilience, and long-term emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges while identifying strengths that can support your growth and healing.

My approach draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Structural Family Therapy. Whether you're working through anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, identity concerns, relationship challenges, family conflict, or major life transitions, we'll focus on practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong foundation for therapy. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly.

As we work together, you can expect curiosity, collaboration, and practical support. We'll identify patterns that may be contributing to your struggles, strengthen healthy coping skills, and create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident, connected, and empowered to move forward in a way that aligns with your values and goals.
