Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree and health service distinction. With extensive experience across all ages and developmental stages, I specialize in crisis stabilization, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders. I am a proud graduate of the University of the Cumberlands.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build resilience, psychological flexibility, and a life aligned with their values. I create space for clients to integrate their faith if they choose, while supporting all perspectives. My goal is to help clients move beyond painful thoughts and feelings to discover a life of purpose, fulfillment, and hope.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop psychological flexibility, and align their lives with their deepest values. Together, we work to move beyond painful thoughts and feelings, empowering clients to embrace purposeful living anchored in hope. Therapy outcomes often include increased emotional well-being, greater alignment with values, and a renewed sense of meaning and fulfillment.
