My approach to therapy

My approach is a partner-like, open, curiosity-based, one to one exploration of the here and now.

With couples, my emphasis is helping each client be heard and understood.

What you can expect from me

A first session will include a review of the situation or crisis that has brought you to therapy, your previous experiences with therapy, a biopsychosocial review and answering questions you may have about the work, including any questions you may have for me.
