Great to meet you!

If you've been managing stress, depression, or relationship strain mostly on your own, something brought you here. Maybe things feel stuck. Maybe you're not sure what's wrong, just that something is. I work with adults and adolescents — including a lot of men who don't have many spaces to talk through what they're carrying — navigating anxiety, depression, and the weight that builds up in relationships and everyday life. My goal isn't just to help you cope. It's to help you actually understand what's going on and move through it.

My approach to therapy

My work is strength-based and solution-focused, which means we start from what's already working in your life and build from there. I draw on cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed approaches to help you see how your thoughts, patterns, and past connect to what you're experiencing now. Sessions are collaborative — I won't hand you a script, but I'll ask the questions that help you find your own answers. Even when change feels impossible, I've found that new perspectives tend to open up faster than most people expect.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly me getting to know you — what's going on, how long it's been, and what you'd want to be different. There's no pressure to share everything at once. We'll talk through what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping therapy can do. By the end of our first meeting, you'll have a clear sense of what our work together might look like. Most people leave feeling lighter just from having said things out loud.
