Great to meet you!

I am passionate about supporting men who struggle with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. My goal is to create a space in which men learn the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and actions. Additionally, I enjoy helping teens and their families navigate challenges that stem from interpersonal conflict and difficulties related to communication.

My approach to therapy

As men, sometimes we need a space to talk about what manhood means to us. We need a space to feel seen, heard, and validated. We need a space to talk about life’s successes, challenges, and fears. We also need a space for accountability. Manhood is not a destination, but a process of learning and growing and we are most successful when we grow with a village. If this resonates with you, tap in. Let’s work.

What you can expect from me

I believe in working collaboratively to help you reach your goals. My therapy approach is like GPS. I don't determine where you go, but I can support you in finding the best way to get there.
