Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome!

I am a LCSW with more than 10 years experience working with adults and seniors in a variety of settings including inpatient, hospice, community health, and private practice.

I specialize in supporting people to cope with issues related to anxiety and depression, substance-abuse, life changes, grief, chronic illness, and aging. I am dedicated to meeting my clients wherever they are in their life's journey, while providing a safe space that promotes freedom, change, empowerment and healing.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, affirming, and empowering.

Mine is an eclectic approach to talk therapy that draws from a number of various modalities to help you reach your goals, with an emphasis on learning healthy coping skills, practicing mindfulness, and the importance of practicing good self-care.

My practice is highly collaborative and strength-based, non-judgemental, and attuned to the particular needs of each of my clients.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool to help you tap into your inner strengths and resiliency, process experiences, and achieve healing and personal growth. The first session is your chance to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I encourage my clients to be open, and to allow themselves to be vulnerable. Mine is a supportive role, and we will work collaboratively to assist you in developing deeper insights into what you already know, in order to reach your goals.
