Great to meet you!

Like many of my clients, I struggled a lot and felt like life was harder then it should be. Having done the work of therapy myself, I am now a licensed professional counselor. Before entering private practice, I spent thousands of hours in various different practices working with clients that struggled with depression, and anxiety. I enjoy working with men, women, teens and adults (14-45). I've found that undiagnosed neurodiverse clients and folks with traumatic family backgrounds are frequently attracted to me and so I've been putting more emphasis on study and research in these areas.

My approach to therapy

I can walk you through how to cultivate authenticity so that you are more aligned with yourself and living the life you've been wanting. By being authentic, nonjudgemental and curious, while using a model of informed consent, I explore with you what areas of your life are troubling you, and we decipher why those areas are troubling and then we discuss your options. This simple model is empowering because it allows you to have the optimum amount of control over your life.

What you can expect from me

I want for people to not live in shame of who they are, but to be their true and authentic selves.
