Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Chris and have an extensive background serving folks in many treatment settings including community centers, partial hospitalizations and intensive outpatient programs. I completed my undergraduate degree from Temple University and my graduate work at Villanova University. I have experience and utilize a variety of modalities but I primarily offer the benefits of EMDR to adults.

My approach to therapy

I approach the therapeutic space collaboratively, with a curious ear and with true appreciation for the human experience. It is a privilege to share the space with another and narrow in on a common goal. I tend to operate from the lens that emotional discomfort should be normalized and validated rather than condemned.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain more self-awareness and a new relationship with their thoughts, beliefs and emotions.
