I have been helping children, teenagers, and their families for the past 15 years in various settings including in hospitals, the home, schools, and outpatient settings. I specialize in treating mood/ behavioral disorders and trauma. I work from a strengths-based perspective to help individuals and families to be happy and healthy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My passion is working to help children and their families who are struggling with conflict, emotional/ behavioral problems, and trauma. It is my pleasure to help my clients learn about themselves and discover their own personal and family strengths through engaging and interactive therapy. I use a variety of tools in session, including play/ drama, music, art, and sand tray to help individuals express themselves.
