Great to meet you!

I am a Registered Dietitian and a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. I take a Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Approach to life problems along with Psychoeducation to teach you about what food does in your body and mind. I can do this because I have my Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling. And I have a 100% success rate if my clients follow the nutrition program for weight loss.

My approach to therapy

I like to think of therapy as a team approach. I am here to help you achieve what you want to achieve. We set goals, we look at taking steps to reach the goals, what negative thoughts could be keeping you back, and how to reframe those thoughts. We figure out safe boundaries be it food, relationships, or a schedule for you to live a healthy life and understand what is sustainable for you.

What you can expect from me

I hope that a client will take away a greater understanding of themselves and a sense of truth that rings deep in their soul, that they have a purpose and they can work on the part of themselves that brought them into therapy.
