Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Chrischel Ramsey and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with thirty years of experience. I completed my Master of Science degree in Community Counseling in 1994. I specialize in addiction and trauma but I also work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, co-dependency, relationships and other life issues.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm and supportive environment where clients will be heard. I believe everyone has the ability tor grow and improve their emotional well being. I utilize evidence based practices in session and will recommend techniques to be used outside of therapy as well. I also provide information and resources for clients to learn more about mental health issues.

What you can expect from me

I hope that clients will gain a greater understanding of themselves and feel empowered to make healthy changes. I provide solutions and practical "tools" that clients can use on a daily basis to improve their mental health.
