Great to meet you!

I believe that prioritizing your mental health is an important act of self-care and asking for support is a meaningful first step. Therapy doesn’t require you to have everything figured out; it simply asks that you show up as you are.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with women and LGBTQ+ individuals who are navigating anxiety, life changes, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My goal is to offer a supportive, thoughtful space where you can reflect, grow, and reconnect with your sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that each person’s story deserves to be met with care, curiosity, and respect. Therapy is not something I "do" to you, it’s something we move through together. Once we begin working together, I see our relationship as a collaborative partnership.

I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be honest, reflect openly, and show up as you are. I will listen with intention, offer thoughtful challenges when helpful, and support you as you build insight, resilience, and clarity along your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

When we begin working together, our first session is a chance for you to share your story at your own pace and talk about what you’re hoping for in therapy. This space is yours, and we’ll move through it together with care and intention.

My goal is to create a supportive, affirming environment where you feel seen, heard, and grounded. As our work continues, we’ll collaborate to deepen self-understanding, address patterns that may be holding you back, and support growth that feels sustainable and true to you. :)
