Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapist who believes therapy should feel like a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported. I take the time to understand each client as an individual and recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. My goal is to build a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable being yourself while working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and individualized to each client’s needs. I integrate evidence-based techniques while considering your personal experiences, goals, relationships, and current challenges. I believe therapy should provide both practical tools for managing difficulties and an opportunity to develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and resilience. We will work together at a pace that feels comfortable and productive for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin establishing a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to accomplish. I’ll answer any questions you have about the therapy process and work with you to identify goals. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can share as much as you feel comfortable sharing.
