Great to meet you!

Are you an adult struggling with anxiety, persistent low mood, or other mental health challenges that are making it harder to get through your day? You deserve care that takes both your mind and your wellbeing seriously — and you deserve a provider who will actually listen.

I'm Chrismanie Saintloth, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in Massachusetts. I offer medication management and individual therapy, which means I can provide integrated, whole-person psychiatric care without you having to juggle multiple providers. I see clients via telehealth, so you can access care from wherever you are in Massachusetts.

In addition to my clinical work, I am the founder of Designed to Be Different LLC, a wellness-focused practice dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional wellness and personal growth. I am also the author of Designed to Be Different, a book that encourages readers to embrace their unique strengths, overcome challenges, and discover purpose through life's experiences.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Regis College and hold a DEA license, giving me the ability to manage a full range of psychiatric medications. I accept insurance through Headway — reach out and I'll help you understand your coverage.

I am currently welcoming new patients and would love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational — I believe that the quality of our working relationship is itself a foundation for healing. The philosophy behind my work — and my book, Designed to Be Different — is that every person has unique strengths, and that mental health treatment should help you discover and lean into those strengths, not just manage symptoms.

Rather than just writing a prescription and sending you on your way, I take time to understand your full picture: your history, your stressors, your goals, and what's kept previous attempts from sticking.

For clients who need medication, I approach prescribing thoughtfully — monitoring closely, adjusting carefully, and always explaining what I'm doing and why. For clients who benefit from talk-based support, I weave that into our sessions as well.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation, not an exam. We'll talk about what's been going on, your mental health history, any previous treatment, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. I'll also answer any questions you have about me, my approach, or what treatment might look like.

As a telehealth provider, I see clients entirely virtually — all you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer and a reasonably private space. Many of my clients find this makes it much easier to fit appointments into their lives.

I am currently accepting new patients. If you've been putting off getting support, reaching out is the first step — I'd love to hear from you.
