Great to meet you!

I work with individuals curious about how their past shapes their present. My clients seek to explore their past, present, and future to better understand themselves and their patterns. I provide a warm, empathetic environment where your curiosities and needs are explored with care. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and values to help you live a more purposeful and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe each client is unique so I tailor my client centered approach from a variety of modalities; including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic techniques. I have experience with a wide range of diagnoses but specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

I understand how challenging therapy can be, which is why building a safe, open therapeutic relationship is my priority. I strive to make you feel comfortable and confident in each session, meeting you where you are and never pushing beyond what feels right. When you're ready, we’ll embrace challenges together, and I’ll celebrate every small step you take toward success.
