Great to meet you!

ADHD shapes how you move through the world, and no amount of willpower or planners has probably changed that. If you are an adult navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, mood challenges, or relationship friction, I am here for the kind of work that actually makes sense for your brain. I am Rebekah, an LCSW with over 15 years alongside neurodiverse clients and more than 35 years of lived experience with ADHD. My job is to understand how your brain, relationships, and environment fit together, then figure out what genuinely helps. If that sounds more useful than a to-do list, I would love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I want to understand how your brain, relationships, experiences, and environment all fit together rather than simply giving you a list of things to “fix.” We'll work together to understand what's getting in your way and find strategies that actually fit your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. You don't need to have everything organised or know exactly what you want to work on. We'll talk about what's going on, what you're hoping will change, and where it might make sense to begin.
