Great to meet you!

As a LMHC and Art Therapist, my work is rooted in the belief that creative expression can be a powerful pathway to healing, insight, and personal growth. My use of art therapy offers a unique way to explore thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Through the creative process you can safely examine experiences, reduce stress, and access deeper self-understanding. No artistic skill or background is needed the focus is on expression, not perfection.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children navigating anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and parenting struggles. I integrate art therapy with supportive counseling techniques to meet each person where they are, whether that means helping a child communicate big feelings, supporting a teen in building identity and confidence, or guiding adults through periods of change and emotional challenge.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm and collaborative, with an emphasis on creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel supported and understood. I meet you with authenticity, curiosity, and deep respect for you lived experience. If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out to schedule a 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
