Great to meet you!

I am an LMHC and LADC I in Massachusetts. I have a strong passion for supporting individuals through a variety of life challenges, especially those involving complex trauma, PTSD, and the intersection of mental health and substance use. I specialize in working with clients facing addiction and those with dual diagnosis. Above all, I believe in the power of healing, change, and personal growth. approach every client with a non-judgmental, compassionate perspective.

My approach to therapy

I adopt a collaborative and client-centered approach. I understand that reaching out for therapy can be difficult, and my goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable being vulnerable and open. I believe that therapy is most effective when there is a strong therapeutic alliance, and I work to build trust and rapport with each client. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based technique like CBT, DBT and mindfulness from a trauma-informed lens.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will work on building resilience, improving coping strategies, and addressing patterns of behavior that may be holding you back. Whether you're coping with trauma, struggling with addiction, or trying to understand difficult family dynamics, I aim to empower you with the insights and skills to make lasting changes.
