Great to meet you!

My name is Christa Christine and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I earned my Master’s degree from California State University Northridge, and have 12 years of experience working with individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in exploring each client's unique experiences and providing evidence-based interventions that promote healing and growth. I believe in working alongside individuals and couples to help them uncover unconscious patterns and attachment wounds that may be getting in the way of them leading healthier, more fulfilling, and authentic lives.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust and understanding. During this session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and identify any specific challenges you’d like to address.

The first session is about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to start your journey toward growth and healing.
