Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. My clinical background includes work with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, foster care youth, and individual navigating high-stress life transitions.

As a bilingual therapist (English and Haitian Creole), I am especially passionate about supporting individuals and families within multicultural communities where mental health may be misunderstood or stigmatized. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel both structures and supportive. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work collaboratively with clients to help them build emotional awareness, develop healthier coping strategies and strengthen relationships.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for you to feel heard and understood. We will take time to talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been weighing on you and what you hope might feel different in your life. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we move at a pace that feels safe for you. My role is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly and begin identifying the goals that matter most to you. Together, we will start building a foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
