Great to meet you!

I've been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) since 2008 and have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, AD(H)D, substance use, trauma, and relationship conflicts. I enjoy empowering individuals to grow; together, we can develop a toolbox of resources to help you become more resilient.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I adjust my focus based on your interest but lean more towards modalities that focus on client strengths, motivations, values, and goals. Some of the approaches I use include Solution-Focused, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from our first session

What I hope clients will be able to take away from sessions is that what happened in your past or where you are now is not fixed, and mental health and wellness is a journey. Knowing that the therapeutic relationship is essential for growth, I want to align with what works best for you.
