Great to meet you!

If you're carrying anxiety, depression, or the weight of something you haven't been able to move past — and you're ready to actually do something about it — I'd love to work with you. I specialize in helping adults and seniors reframe what's held them back and create a path forward that feels real and achievable. What makes my practice different is that I go beyond traditional talk therapy. I use hypnotherapy, EMDR, and other evidence-based tools to get to the root of what's keeping you stuck, not just manage the symptoms.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends traditional therapy with hypnotherapy — something I've been using more and more because of how effective it is. The subconscious shapes about 90% of our behavior, and hypnotherapy is one of the most direct ways to access it. Alongside hypnotherapy, I draw on EMDR for trauma, CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing depending on what fits you best. Sessions are collaborative and forward-moving. I assign homework between sessions to keep momentum going outside of our time together — because real progress happens in between the sessions too.

What you can expect from me

We'll start with a brief call to make sure we're a good fit. From there, your first full session is a chance to talk about what's bringing you in and what you most want to change. I'll walk you through how I work so there are no surprises. Most people leave with a clear sense of direction and feeling heard — sometimes for the first time in a long time.
