I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Virginia. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida in 2001 and have over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and relationship challenges.

I am a Christian therapist and offer faith-integrated counseling for those who want it, while warmly welcoming clients of all beliefs and backgrounds. My goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care that helps you feel understood and empowered to create meaningful change.

I use an integrative approach tailored to your needs, drawing from ERP (for OCD), CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapies, communication skills training, and narrative therapy.

Therapy with me is both practical and reflective. We’ll build tools you can use right away while also exploring the deeper patterns contributing to your struggles. I provide structured resources and strategies when helpful, always adapting to what works best for you.

In our first session, we’ll review your intake information, clarify your concerns, and begin exploring your history, relationships, and current challenges. You’ll have space to ask questions and share what feels most important.

Within the first one to two sessions, we’ll identify clear, measurable goals so you feel confident about the direction of your therapy.
