Great to meet you!

I consider it a great priviledge that my clients allow me to walk with them on their journey of self growth and healing. I am a life long learner of all things healing and strive to bring the latest and the greatest of the science of the healing arts to my work.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is unique for every individual I work with. I would also describe it as eclectic as I draw from over 2 decades of experience and training with different treatment modalities. I am Integrative which means I treat a person as a whole Body=Mind. I am proudly Certified as an Integrative Mental Health Provider. I also am passionate about using Liberation Psychology approaches when working with individuals from marginalized communities.

What you can expect from me

My goal as a therapist is to provide a sacred space and time for your brain and nervous system to feel both safe and soothed during our time together but also to help you build a tool box of your own skills to be able to access this sense of peace outside of your sessions as well.
