I graduated from East Texas Baptist University with a B.S. in Secondary Education and taught junior high school for 8 years before moving into school counseling. I earned my M.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University then transitioned into the mental health. My faith in Christ keeps me centered and focused on a purposeful life.

My practice includes using EMDR, CBT, expressive art, and Gottman's Methods for relationships. I'm interactive and engaging. Outside assignments or exercises are assigned as extensions to complement our session/s. Clients in chronic crisis should seek more intensive opportunities for counseling if every other week availability isn't adequate to meet your needs.

I hope to inspire and encourage people. It is motivating to journey with clients helping them to discover their potential and activate their ability to bring about necessary change to live purposefully.
