Christa Rupar

My name is Christa. I have been working with couples for four years. I have dedicated most of my advanced training in learning how to help couples connect.

I would be the best fit for Christian couples, but I am honored to work with any couples who are up for the hard work of building a marriage that is an anchor for themselves and their families.

My approach to the therapy is emotion-focused, attachment-based, and grounded in neuropsychology. Self-work is foundational to marriage work. I am direct in my approach, it is important to me see and hear things from each person's point of view and I will be clear on what changes need to be made individually and as a couple.

Marriage work is self-work. You can expect to grow relationally but also as a couple. I always explain sessions metaphorically as "soccer practice" where we run plays and troubleshoot issues. When you leave the session you will have objectives to work toward in between sessions.
