Great to meet you!

Greetings, I am so excited to work with you. With an extensive background of over 15 years in the mental health field, I am very passionate about helping my clients to both identify and meet their needs. I enjoy working with children and adults and take pride in creating a therapeutic process that promotes growth, healing, and empowerment.

I create a space that is warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental—where vulnerability is met with respect and growth is nurtured with intention. Sessions are structured to foster clarity and progress and are often times guided by the goals of my clients.

My approach to therapy

When considering my approach to therapy, I utilize an eclectic therapy framework, which enables me to tailor treatment specifically to the unique needs of each patient. This means that my approach is highly adaptable, taking into account the specific challenges you are facing, your personal treatment goals, and your individual expectations and motivation for therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether we’re working through anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, or identity exploration, my goal is to help clients build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and reconnect with their inner strength.
