Great to meet you!

Before becoming a counselor, I obtained bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing, specializing as a Nurse Practitioner in Women's Health. I made a shift towards counseling because it provides an opportunity to join clients on their journeys towards healing and restoration at a deeper level.

My areas of specialization include: Navigating High Conflict Divorces/Co-Parenting, Parallel Parenting, Healthy Boundaries, Depression, Faith Concerns, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, Marital Difficulties (including addiction & pornography), Narcissistic Victim Syndrome, PMS/PMDD, Pregnancy & Postpartum, and Sexual Issues.

My approach to therapy

If the path you've been walking has taken you into difficult or unexpected territory, you've come to the right place. Examining the past and learning to navigate the present in new ways requires strength, courage, and humility. It's a journey that is meant to be shared. My hope is to be a kind companion to you as we walk into your story and process your unique situation together. I utilize Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as my primary modalities, but have experience with other modalities as well. We'll work together to tailor your therapy experience to best meet your goals.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we'll go over your intake paperwork together, I'll ask questions about your relational, work, and mental health history, we'll discuss your specific goals for treatment, and I'll answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. To schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation, just send an email or text!
